Grilled Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:
– 2 salmon fillets
– 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Brush the salmon fillets with half of the olive oil mixture. Reserve the other half for the asparagus.
4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes.
5. While the salmon is cooking, toss the asparagus with the reserved olive oil mixture.
6. After the salmon has cooked for 6-7 minutes, carefully place the asparagus on the grill next to the salmon.
7. Continue grilling the salmon for another 6-7 minutes and grill the asparagus for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
8. Once cooked, remove both the salmon and asparagus from the grill.
9. Serve the salmon garnished with fresh dill or parsley alongside the grilled asparagus.
