Ingredients
1 slice low-carb bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
1. Start by toasting the slice of low-carb bread in a toaster or on a pan until it is golden brown and crispy.
2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
3. Add the lemon juice to the avocado in the bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until you achieve a creamy consistency.
4. Season the mashed avocado with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado mixture generously over the top of the bread.
6. Sprinkle chia seeds over the avocado for added texture and nutrition.
