– 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (shiitake or button)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

1. Start by heating olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
