1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the sprouts are evenly coated.
