12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
3. Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and have grill marks. Remove from the grill and set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the diced avocado and halved cherry tomatoes.

6. To serve, divide the avocado and tomato salad between plates and top with the grilled shrimp. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
