Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Stevia or erythritol to taste (optional)
Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Whisk the mixture well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly dispersed and there are no lumps of matcha.
If desired, add stevia or erythritol to taste for sweetness and mix thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
Before serving, stir the pudding to redistribute the chia seeds.
Garnish with fresh berries if using, and serve chilled.
