Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
3 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and browned.
4. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine all the ingredients evenly. Cook for another minute to heat through.
6. Remove from heat, and if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
