Ingredients
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated.

3. Place the sliced zucchinis in a separate bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the zucchini is coated evenly.

4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each shrimp to allow for even cooking.

5. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.

6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.

7. While the shrimp are grilling, place the zucchini slices directly on the grill. Grill for about 2-4 minutes per side until they are tender and have grill marks.

8. Once cooked, remove the shrimp and zucchini from the grill.

9. Drizzle the lemon butter over the shrimp and zucchini before serving.

10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
