**Baked Trout with Asparagus**

**Ingredients**
2 trout fillets, skin on
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions**
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
3. Place the trimmed asparagus on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic. Toss to coat.
4. On the other side of the baking sheet, place the trout fillets skin side down. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, dill, and the remaining minced garlic.
5. Arrange lemon slices on top of the trout fillets for added flavor.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the trout flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender yet crisp.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
8. Serve the baked trout with a side of roasted asparagus, garnished with additional lemon if desired.
