### Almond Flour Biscuits
**Ingredients**
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
### Turkey Sausage Gravy
**Ingredients**
1 pound turkey sausage
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
### Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and almond milk until well combined.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Do not overmix.
5. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming biscuits. Flatten them slightly if desired.
6. Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
7. For the gravy, in a skillet over medium heat, add the turkey sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula.
8. Once the sausage is cooked through, add the diced onion and sauté until they’re translucent.
9. In a small bowl, mix the almond flour with a little almond milk to create a slurry, then add it to the skillet.
10. Pour in the remaining almond milk and stir continuously. Cook until the gravy thickens. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
11. Serve the warm biscuits topped with the turkey sausage gravy.
