Ingredients:
– 2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded
– 1 ripe avocado, diced
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon lime juice
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

2. Drizzle the lime juice and olive oil over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Gently toss everything together until well mixed, being careful not to mash the avocado too much.

4. Take a romaine lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the chicken and avocado mixture into the center of the leaf.

5. Fold the sides of the lettuce over the filling and roll it up like a burrito. Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and filling.

6. Serve the wraps on a platter, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
