Ingredients
2 fresh tuna steaks (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the tuna steaks with one tablespoon of olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. Grill the tuna steaks for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish, or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.

3. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, diced avocado, cucumber slices, and dill if using. Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the avocado remains intact.

4. Arrange the salad on two plates. Place the grilled tuna on top of the salad and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an added burst of flavor.
