4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated. Spread them evenly on one side of a baking sheet.

Place the chicken breasts on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the baked chicken alongside the roasted Brussels sprouts, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch that is low in carbs and sugar.
