Ingredients:
1 medium head of cauliflower
1 large egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
1 cup sliced turkey pepperoni
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Use a food processor to pulse the florets until they resemble fine rice or a grain-like texture.
3. Place the processed cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover it with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for about 5 minutes. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
4. Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and wring out as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial to ensure the crust is not soggy.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine the dried cauliflower, egg, half of the mozzarella cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
6. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
7. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and firm to the touch.
8. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over the top.
9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add the sliced turkey pepperoni.
