Chicken Salad with Avocado and Lime

Ingredients
1 medium cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 small cucumber, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast and diced avocado.
2. Add the lime juice, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
3. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.
4. Incorporate the diced cucumber into the mixture.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix gently to avoid mashing the avocado.
6. If desired, serve the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves for added crunch.
