Ingredients
1 low-carb tortilla
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
Begin by preparing the vegetables. Thinly slice the cucumber and dice the tomato. Place them in a medium-sized bowl.
