Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Caesar dressing (look for low-carb or homemade)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. While the grill is heating, rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the seasoning is distributed evenly.
3. Once the grill is ready, place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
