Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
4 lamb chops, bone-in
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Start by marinating the lamb chops. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
2. Add the lamb chops to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the chops marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Once the grill is hot, remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
5. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
6. Once cooked, transfer the lamb chops to a plate and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
7. Serve the grilled lamb chops with lemon wedges on the side for drizzling over the top, enhancing the flavor without adding carbohydrates or sugar.
