Grilled Lamb Chops with Zucchini and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
4 lamb chops, about 1 inch thick
2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
3. Brush the marinade over the lamb chops, ensuring they are well coated on both sides.
4. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.
5. While the lamb is grilling, heat a separate non-stick skillet over medium heat.
6. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
7. In the last minute of cooking the zucchini, add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and toss gently until warmed through.
8. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and allow them to rest for a couple of minutes.
9. Serve the grilled lamb chops alongside the sautéed zucchini and tomato salad.
10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and additional salt and pepper as needed.
