Grilled Tuna with Spinach and Feta Salad

Ingredients
2 fresh tuna steaks (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
3. Place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. While the tuna is grilling, prepare the salad. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
5. Drizzle the lemon juice and sprinkle dried oregano over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
6. Once the tuna is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a minute.
