2 large bell peppers (any color)
1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (preferably sugar-free)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
1 small celery stalk, finely chopped
1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Begin by cutting the tops off the bell peppers and removing the seeds and membranes. Lightly spray the outsides with olive oil if desired for added flavor.

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Spoon the tuna salad mixture into each bell pepper, filling them generously.
