Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

2. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

3. While the skillet heats, form the turkey mixture into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter. You should have approximately 16 meatballs.

4. Once the skillet is hot, place the meatballs in the skillet, making sure to leave space between each one. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, then gently turn the meatballs to brown on all sides.

5. Cook the meatballs for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, making sure they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Once cooked through, remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired. These meatballs pair nicely with a side of steamed vegetables or a mixed green salad for a complete meal.
