Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.

4. Add the sliced zucchinis, bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5. Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to ensure all ingredients are coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through and combine flavors.

7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
